Nespresso is looking for a Frontend Engineer Intern to work alongside our eCommerce team to make improvements to our website. This opportunity will be both educational and practical. The ideal candidate will be personable, creative, detail oriented, collaborative, curious, a persistent problem solver, and inclined to ask questions when in doubt. As a prerequisite is to be eligible for a 6months Internship through OAED.
What you’ll do:
- Develop web pages and components using the traditional HTML/CSS/JavaScript or any other modern libraries.
- Fine tune existing web pages or components as required by the eCommerce team.
- Help debug UI/UX issues on existing web pages.

- Experience making changes within an established codebase.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle from specification design to release.
- Exposure to a fast-paced, cross-functional team within a collaborative work environment.
What we are looking for:
- Rising junior/ senior in college
- Pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields that involve front-end development
- Eligible to commence a 6months Internship through OAED
- Hands-on programming experience developing web pages using HTML/CSS/JavaScript or any modern web framework
- A good sense of visual design
- Are outstanding problem solvers and can tackle tough challenges with innovative thinking and determination
- Good communicators and can work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- A thorough understanding of at least one programming language and associated libraries
- A willingness to learn more
